Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar


As a Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining budgets, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by handling any complaints or issues promptly
- Manage staff by recruiting, training, and scheduling employees
- Monitor and control hotel budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the hotel
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with budget planning and financial management
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position does not include accommodations. Candidates must arrange for their own housing.

Visa & Ticket:
A free visa will be provided by the company. The candidate is responsible for arranging their own transportation to Qatar.
