Barber for Busy Salon in Moscow


We are a busy, upscale salon located in the heart of Moscow, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled professional with a passion for creating stylish and modern haircuts for our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality barbering services to clients, including haircuts, styling, shaving, and beard trims
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on hair care
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of tools, equipment, and work stations
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Assist in maintaining inventory of products and supplies
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to accommodate walk-ins and scheduled appointments

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barber in a salon or barbershop setting
- Extensive knowledge of different hair types, textures, styles, and techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and dedication to providing quality work
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Russian language (not required but preferred)
- Experience working with diverse clientele from different cultural backgrounds (not required but preferred)

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
