Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and translate that into innovative and functional designs. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models, as well as managing the construction process to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members. Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is required. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is also preferred.
