Commercial Architect - St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your main duties will include conducting site evaluations, creating detailed plans and specifications, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet all building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working on commercial projects. You must also have a strong understanding of building materials, design principles, and construction processes. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month. We offer free visa and ticket for our employees from India. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
