Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team in Vilnius. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Review architectural plans and designs for accuracy, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and address any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Location:
