Job Title: Part-Time Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers
- Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
