Solar Panel Installer

We are seeking hardworking, dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar Panel Installers. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties in Siauliai. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to specifications
- Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on installed systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with the system
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in Siauliai

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$. Salary may increase based on experience and performance.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
