A reputable IT company in Utena is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our network systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network software applications
- Monitoring network performance to identify potential issues and implementing necessary solutions
- Troubleshooting network problems and providing timely resolutions
- Ensuring data security through regular backups and implementing necessary security measures
- Managing user accounts and permissions on the network
- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Providing technical support to end-users when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN configuration
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware)
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1000$ per month

This position is open to Kenyan nationals who have strong English language skills. Accommodation will not be provided for this job. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Utena.
