Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager - Atlanta


As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Atlanta. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Maintain relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and positive reviews
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments such as reservations, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and changes in the local hospitality industry to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission on sales. Accommodation will also be provided for our employees. This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates with prior experience working in the hospitality industry in Atlanta will be given preference.
