Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and compliant with building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop design proposals
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and material specifications
- Review project progress and provide technical support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in Pakistan
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. Accommodation can be provided if necessary.
