Part-Time Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of architectural projects. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the option for accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs meet requirements and codes
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Prepare materials for client presentations and meetings
- Research building materials, construction methods, and industry trends to inform project designs
- Review and redline architectural drawings for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project progress is on schedule and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
