Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories on machines
- Adjust machine controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed for quality control
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication skills in English
