Heavy Equipment Operator

A well-established construction company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete various construction projects. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints or plans for each project
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively
- Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or accidents immediately

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of heavy machinery and their capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or plans
- Physical stamina and strength to operate machinery for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Biometric passport required for non-nationals

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Vilnius, Lithuania
