Job Title: Puncher (Filipino) in Bungoma, Kenya


We are hiring a skilled Puncher to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for creating holes or indentations on various materials such as metal, plastic, or wood using specialized tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints to determine the location and size of holes needed
- Set up and operate various punching machines including manual or automated presses
- Select appropriate tools and equipment for each job based on material type and thickness
- Ensure accuracy and precision in punching to meet specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe working conditions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in metalworking is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Puncher in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately (ruler, caliper)
- Familiarity with different types of materials (metal, plastic, wood) and their properties
- Experience operating punching machines (manual or automated)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina as the role involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials
