Team Lead

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our company as a Team Lead in Karachi. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team leads and department managers to ensure efficient workflow and communication
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching for improvement
- Create schedules, assign tasks, and delegate responsibilities within the team
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (local candidates preferred)
