We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the given timeframe and budget. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, providing guidance and support to team members, and facilitating effective communication between team members.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management tools
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferable)

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees to successfully complete projects within the given timeframe and budget
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support when needed
- Facilitate effective communication between team members through regular meetings or other means
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify any potential risks or issues that may affect project delivery and take necessary actions to mitigate them

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
