Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering. They will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our products and services. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, suitable for male candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new machine learning solutions
- Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning or data science role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Indian nationality preferred)

Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
