Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Akron. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades, such as windows, doors, and cladding. This job requires physical strength and the ability to work at heights, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working on scaffolding or lifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and replace exterior building facades following blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged facades using appropriate tools and materials
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Communicate with contractors and clients to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade installation or construction work
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
