Online Consultant (Part-Time)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to customers seeking advice and assistance. You will work remotely, using various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone calls to assist clients with their inquiries. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various online channels
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to listen attentively, identify issues, and provide quick solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity levels
- Proficient in using various online communication tools (chat, email, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours and be available for occasional on-call shifts

Salary: $1200/month (based on hourly rate)
Location: Faisalabad (remote work)
