We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients through various online channels. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as chat, email, or video calls
- Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
- Research and gather information to provide accurate advice
- Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening and understanding their concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong understanding of online platforms such as social media, forums, or live chat
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with financial services industry
