We are seeking a Senior Librarian to join our team at a bustling library in the beautiful city of Bansko, Philippines. As a Senior Librarian, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the library and managing a team of librarians and support staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of librarians and support staff
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures
- Oversee collection development, including acquisitions and cataloging
- Plan and coordinate library events and programs
- Provide reference services, research assistance, and reader's advisory to library patrons
- Maintain the library's physical space, including shelving, displays, and technology
- Collaborate with local schools and community organizations to promote the library's resources
- Train staff on new technologies or resources as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a librarian, preferably in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience with collection development and budget management
- Familiarity with current trends in libraries, including digital resources

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and have experience working in an English-speaking environment.
