Concierge Supervisor

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk at our five-star resort in Khasab. You will lead a team of concierge staff and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service during their stay. This role requires fluency in Malayalam and Nepali, as well as strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the concierge desk and ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and assisted promptly
- Train and supervise concierge staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to assist guests with planning their activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs, such as arranging transportation or making reservations
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials for the concierge desk
- Assist with scheduling shifts for concierge staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam and Nepali is required; proficiency in English is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$, along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
