Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and troubleshoot any computer-related issues they may encounter. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems, as well as training users on how to use various software and hardware.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, including network equipment
- Train users on new software and hardware
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and recommend upgrades or solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware components
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and software (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Wiltz

Contract Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
