Team Lead for Customer Service (Filipino/Nepali) in Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Team Lead for Customer Service to join our international team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives from the Philippines and Nepal. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives from the Philippines and Nepal
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and quality
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally
- Resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service processes
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Filipino or Nepali is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a leadership position
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
