Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1000$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for multiple team members
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid visa to work in Bulgaria
