Teamlead in St-Petersburg (Nepali-speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teamlead to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Nepali-speaking employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your duties will include assigning tasks, setting goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts within the team. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team productivity and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams. Experience in the same or similar role is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
