We are seeking a highly motivated Teamlead to join our team of Indian expats in St. Petersburg. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Indian employees in our company. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$. We welcome both experienced professionals and freshers to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Indian expat employees
- Set goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop training programs for new employees
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in St. Petersburg
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
