Sales Manager (Canadian Candidates Only)



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue, and expenses to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Canadian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
