Land Surveyor



We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Hawalli. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land surfaces to provide accurate data for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various surveying equipment
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze data and make calculations to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to provide surveying support for construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance procedures are followed
- Follow all safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, methods, and equipment
- Proficiency in using CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
