Formwork Specialist
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Formwork Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As the Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork structures in accordance with blueprints and specifications. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as well as physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, according to blueprints
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden or metal forms for concrete construction using hand and power tools
- Install formwork according to construction plans, ensuring proper alignment and stability
- Pour concrete into formwork, smooth surfaces, and remove excess material
- Disassemble formwork after concrete has set and clean up work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in formwork construction
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Familiarity with various types of formwork materials and their uses
- Strong physical endurance and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if necessary
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
