Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Akron. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help inform business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with various teams and departments to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive improvements in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Create reports and dashboards to effectively present data findings
- Conduct data analysis using statistical techniques and tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy of collected data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive analysis
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1200/month

Location: Akron, USA
