Rental Coordinator
We are a rental company specializing in providing affordable and reliable transportation services to locals and tourists in the beautiful city of Malindi. We are seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team and help us manage our growing fleet of vehicles.
As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental process from start to finish. This includes managing reservations, checking vehicle availability, processing payments, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of rentals, including vehicle condition reports and customer information.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service or rental coordination is preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation, but we can assist with finding suitable housing if needed. Additionally, we are able to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
