Preservation Architect
We are currently hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Moscow. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You must have at least 5 years of experience in preservation architecture and a strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and preservation methods.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site assessments of historical buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and proposals
- Overseeing restoration projects and ensuring compliance with preservation standards
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the restoration process
- Researching building history, materials, and construction techniques
- Identifying potential risks to the integrity of historical structures
- Providing recommendations for maintenance and future preservation efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and preservation methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Moscow. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
