We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment while utilizing your handyman skills. This job does not require fluency in English, making it suitable for beginners or non-native speakers. We welcome candidates without prior experience, and we provide free visa and ticket for selected candidates. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must be willing to arrange their own housing in St. Petersburg.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Install new appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
- Respond to repair requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairs

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit or willing to obtain one
- Basic understanding of English language preferred but not required
- Previous experience in handyman or maintenance work is a plus but not required
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work on weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
