We are a well-established bakery in Chelyabinsk, seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. Our ideal candidate is passionate about baking and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and inform management when supplies need to be replenished
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet our standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification from a culinary school is a plus
