Full-Time Gardener


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Full-Time Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the plants and grounds of our property. This role requires someone with a strong knowledge of plants, landscaping techniques, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants
- Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal needs
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests
- Ensure that all garden equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Create and maintain attractive landscape designs for our property
- Communicate with management about any issues or improvements needed for the garden area

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener
- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and landscaping techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam or English preferred (Hindi or Urdu is also acceptable)
- Must be an Indian national with valid residence permit or transferable visa sponsorship
