Moderator for Online Community - Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are hiring a Moderator to join our online community in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our platform, ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and fostering online communities.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it meets our community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with users to encourage positive interactions and promote a sense of community
- Identify and report any inappropriate or spammy content on the platform
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve community guidelines and policies
- Assist in organizing and moderating live events or discussions within the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain impartial and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with biometric passports is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Wiltz, Luxembourg. However, we are open to remote work for candidates who reside within Luxembourg.
