We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Bungoma. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect and maintain the crane equipment on a regular basis to ensure safe operation.
- Interpret load charts and determine appropriate rigging techniques for each lift.
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radios during crane operations.
- Perform pre-operation checks to ensure all safety systems are functional before each shift.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating the crane.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials lifted using logbooks or computer systems.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
- Valid crane operator certification or license required.
- Knowledge of different types of cranes, their functions, safety procedures, and maintenance requirements.
- Ability to read load charts and understand rigging techniques.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time.
