Commercial Architect
A renowned architecture firm in Dickirch is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on designing and overseeing construction projects for businesses and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and public facilities
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Present design proposals to clients for approval

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building materials, codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
