Industrial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. This individual will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of industrial buildings, including factories, warehouses, and processing plants.

As an Industrial Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements while also adhering to industry standards and regulations. You will use your technical expertise to create detailed plans and drawings, incorporating elements such as structural integrity, safety measures, and efficient use of space.

In addition to designing industrial buildings, you will also be responsible for overseeing the construction process. This may involve working with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture and must possess a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. A degree in architecture or a related field is required. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. We are open to candidates of any nationality but require fluency in English. Candidates must also have a valid work visa for the United States.
