Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their specific needs. You will also be required to ensure that all designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for design concepts
- Creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial projects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and incorporating them into the design process
- Liaising with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Overseeing construction projects to ensure they are carried out according to the approved plans
- Reviewing and approving material selections, equipment installations, and other construction details
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the design process
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, new materials, and technologies in order to incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors,
and other stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving skills

Salary: 1500$ (negotiable based on experience)
