Position: Industrial Architect
Location: Las Vegas, USA
Salary: $1600 per month

Our firm is seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various industrial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings.
• Create detailed architectural plans and drawings for industrial structures, including warehouses, factories, and distribution centers.
• Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of proposed designs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Review project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met within established constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects on projects as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect.
• Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Preferred:
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
