Sales Manager


A reputable company in Khasab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving business growth. This position is open to both Pakistani and Kenyan nationals, as well as English-speaking individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and motivate sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote company products/services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to travel as needed
