Commercial Architect - Chelyabinsk, Russia


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and possess excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Supervise the construction process to ensure that all designs are executed accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

Location:
This is an on-site position in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Preference:
