Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities from start to finish according to plan
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
- Manage project team members and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals
- Communicate updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any concerns
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards before final delivery
- Prepare reports outlining project status, budget updates, risks, and recommendations for improvement
