Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in Nakuru and we are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the accuracy of orders before serving them to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to their requests
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
