We are in search of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Nakuru. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take orders and provide recommendations to customers
- Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and other tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from superiors
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
