Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and team members to develop creative and functional solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and timelines, as well as supervising junior architects and interns. Your expertise in architectural principles, building codes, and materials will be essential in producing high-quality designs that comply with legal regulations. Additionally, you will need excellent communication skills to effectively present your ideas to clients and coordinate with contractors during the construction phase. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential projects. A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is also required.

As a Senior Architect, you must have strong leadership skills to guide your team towards successful project completion. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will ensure that all designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You must also possess excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software is necessary for this role.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month and the opportunity to work in the beautiful city of Vianden. Please note that while we welcome applicants from all nationalities, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes. This is a full-time position that does not offer accommodation; therefore, candidates must already reside in or be willing to relocate to Vianden.
