Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient and safe loading of goods and materials onto trucks, ensuring that all loading procedures are followed according to company standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. This is a full-time position in Faisalabad, with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the loading process, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Train and manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor the quality and quantity of loaded goods to ensure accuracy
- Maintain loading equipment and report any malfunctions or damages
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Keep records of loaded materials, including quantities and destination information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role as a loader or supervisor
- Knowledge of loading techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local language will be an advantage)
