We are seeking a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Kaunas. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts and pastries, as well as managing and training kitchen staff. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare an assortment of desserts and pastries according to recipes and presentation standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff on pastry techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry station
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
- Extensive knowledge of Indian pastry techniques, flavors, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Creativity and attention to detail in recipe creation and presentation
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

Salary: Starting at 1400$ (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (English language proficiency is not required for this position)
